Financial Policies
Dr. Kenyon (Kenyon Clinic and Consulting) does not bill insurance or submit bills to Medicare. Patients will self-pay at the time of service. Dr. Kenyon will generate a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider or employer HSA for possible reimbursement. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to learn about their specific coverage, and potential for reimbursement. Click here for more information about this process.
Dr. Kenyon’s fees vary by service provided. To help you best prepare, the practice will provide specific information about the anticipated cost of your visit beforehand.
Because fees are paid by the patient, not by insurance, patients will have more options:
While face-to-face visits are the best possible way to begin your partnership with Dr. Kenyon as she listens to your story and thoroughly assesses your health, you will have flexible options for your visits — they can be via telephone, email or video conferencing.
Patients will have increased freedom to schedule as much or as little time as they need with Dr. Kenyon, instead of squeezing visits into the limits imposed by managed care companies.
Patients can also choose to hire Dr. Kenyon for additional services, such as research, medical records review, communication, or conferences and education on their behalf.
By charging for her time, both with you and on your behalf, Dr. Kenyon is able to be present with you in the best way possible.
